From a lunch time oyster bar to poolside chill out sessions, BBQ grills to afternoon tea, diverse dining experiences will take centre stage this festive season. Each day offers a chance to discover a new culinary highlight, with every time of day showcasing new dishes.
Breakfast will be served in Beau Champ and Acquapazza, where the signature a la carte menu will be combined with varying live cooking stands, buffets and a daily juice stall. At lunch, Bambou will see a sushi corner and live seafood grill adding to the a la carte selection, while over at Il Forno clubhouse, dine on your favourite comfort bites, while overlooking the 18th green of the Ernie Els Design course.
By evening, Bambou will provide a range of themed dining experiences, while a la carte menus are available at the modern French bistro of Beau Champ and Italian at Acquapazza. Alternatively, In Villa Dining allows the opportunity to “eat in”, with your meal served directly in your villa at any time you like.
For guests looking to expand their culinary knowledge, private cooking classes are available daily at ‘Cotomili’ herb garden (reservation required, supplement applies), where our chefs will guide you on a discovery of a three course menu to suit your taste, followed by lunch at the picnic table. Furthermore, experience dining at the Chef’s Table in Beau Champ, where up to 10 people can enjoy a Mauritian or Seafood menu paired with wines (reservations required, supplement applies).
